Joshua Reis, a second generation massage therapist graduated from the prestigious Swedish Institute in New York City in 2003. . After completing coursework in Oncology treatments for cancer patients, he worked in numerous healthcare, Spa, Sports facilities and chiropractic offices to hone his skills. He is proficient at Neuromuscular, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release, and Ortho Bionomy.
Josh’s techniques incorporate Trigger points and Shiatsu, Tuina, mobilization through fascia unwinding with the awareness of rhythmically flowing meridians.

Atlhough he has numerous advanced bodywork methods, he is also an amazingly gifted Swedish relaxation care giver, if that’s your preference.
He received his Yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram in Montreal, which created the desire to know the body on many levels, focusing metaphysical eye when working with the bodies energies cultivating from Usui Shiki Reiki Master.

While living in Buffalo, Josh manifested a  Cultural center called Solrise, an Urban Organic Farm which was a home for acro- yoga, African drum and dance, ecstatic dance, and Capoiera, an Afro Brazilian Martial Art, and hosted many other groups and events.
